Business Cards - Suggestions?
I need to have some business cards made and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a printer that is online. I have a graphic and the text that I suppose I'd just email to them? Also, I'll need them in two weeks.

I use Vistaprint. I know that you can custom cards, but I'm not sure how much they are. They have pretty quick shipping available, but charge a pretty penny for it! I also get my business card magnets from them as well.

I haven't always been totally happy with them for the print quality of the magnets, but haven't had any complaints with the business cards.

Thanks, Lisa. I'll go check them out now.

I have used Vistaprint as well with great success. You might want to compare them with PsPrint which I have been using a lot lately for making greeting cards. Their costs are low, quality is high and you can download templates to make sure that your cards will print exactly the way you want them to.

Excellent. Thanks, Chris. I'll check them out also today.

One really cool feature of is the ability to have a PDF proof of your cards generated and save them for later viewing. This is also great for printing it out to see exactly how the cards will look.

This is really helpful because Jennifer is in Ohio and I'm in Texas but she'll still be able to log in to the account and give the OK on the cards before they are ordered.

They also have a very user-friendly system for designing the cards. It's easy to upload your logo, add text in the font you want, change color, add background images, etc., etc.

I actually have to admit that I hate VistaPrint ... not because I ever used them but they used to spam the heck out of me. Nothing I did could stop them from spamming me save killing the email addresses they were spamming.

BTW - Robert, you are in Texas now? I though you lived in the UK. Did you move? Man, you are practically my next door neighbor!

As much as I'd like to visit, I've never been to the UK. Although raised a Mid-Western boy (Minnesota and Illinois), I've been a Texan for about 18 years now.

I'd pop in more often but that 13 hour drive across Texas (not to mention NM) is a killer! :D

That's funny. I wonder where in the world I got that idea? Too many things going on at any given time in my brain I guess.

I've been to New Mexico once and wasn't all that impressed. Only been to Albuquerque though so can't say anything about the rest of the state. I've been in Houston before, once for a conference and then another time merely to switch flights on my way to New Orleans.

Ooops! We have gotten off topic. As for business cards, I just go to my local Kinkos. I know that is not online but wanted to bring this back to somewhat of the topic at hand. :D

One of my clients used VistaPrint also and had a good experience.
