Default How To Evaluate Channel Partners (dealers)?

Let's say: I'm selling televisions through partners.
I would like to rank them by their potentials.

Some Dimension
Weight factor
Value (0-5)
Weighted value

1. Share in revenue
0,5
?
?

2. Loyalty potential
0,2
?
?

3. Payment morale
0,3
?
?

4. sum
1
?
?


As you can see, I would like to get the value for each dimension of the partner.

I need to calculate this for each partner and then sort them in a table by their weighted sum value.

In this case we can use fictional companies, I just want to know how would you add the value from 0-5 and why?
