Default What Type Of Business Should I Buy If...

I only want to work a few hours a week?

Now dont get me wrong...Im not planning on making a living off working under 10 hours a week; what Im looking for is something to supplement the income of a full-time job. The career that Im looking at getting into will probably top me out around 60k a year. Im looking for a business that I can buy that can net me (after taxes AND paying employees if needed) somewhere around $10,000, maybe even (but I doubt it) $15,000 a year!

Maybe buy 2 of them so I can make bank at 20k-30k extra a year on top of what my career jobs salary would be.

Any ideas?

ps. I was thinking a coin-op laundromat with maybe 1FT employee and another PT if needed...

Hi,

Buy one or two big websites, or lots of smaller ones.

Websites do not take too long to run once set up.

If you create 50 small sites with good content and leave them alone, then you should make a decent bit of money.

Alternatively, buy one or two established membership sites and you will earn yourself a good wage.

There are several businesses you can buy where you can continue to work and operate the business part-time. Try to find the ones that do not require you to be physically present all the time. You can run them with employees; but it brings with it its own issues. You can also look at online business as opposed to brick and mortar. These type of business can be run from anywhere with a laptop and cell phone.

I had written an article on how to succeed in business while holding a full-time job. You might want to read it to get helpful hints. You can find it here - http://www.angelbusinessadvisors.com...full-time-job/
