Question LCD Monitor Stands, Kiosks, Mounts

I work for a company that provides support services to government installations (military bases, government buildings, law enforcement training centers, etc.).

My boss asked me, a couple of weeks ago, to research creating a display ... or possibly more than one display ... that our company representatives can take to various events across the country (not merely trade shows, but also, for example, holding a "open house" at a hotel to recruit employees for a certain contract).

That includes a Velcro-fabric display (because the appearance of the display will need to change, depending on whether the intended audience is Army, Navy, Air Force, federal government, etc.), literature holders ... and a stand or mount for one or two LCD monitors, which would be hooked up to a laptop computer.

The last request is where I could use some help. I've seen a number of different LCD monitor stands, mounts, and kiosks ... but most of them leave me thinking, "Wait a minute. Where does the computer go?" So far, I've only found one workstation with a locking cabinet for the computer ... but the cost for the workstation would eat up roughly half the budget my boss has allotted for this project.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Thanks.

Yeah these types of things are expensive. You could try bartering in place of cash..
