Default Keyword In The Title Significantly Improves The SEO Benefit

Hi guys! Does adding a keyword in the title significantly improves the SEO benefit?

That depends. It might, nor it might not. (In other words, your question is so vague it's impossible to answer reasonably. Anybody who gives you a flat "yes" or "no" based on the question as stated simply doesn't understand very well How SEO Works.)

Here are some of the things you'll have to figure out before you can get a meaningful answer:
  • How many of your competitors are also using this keyword in their title?
  • Does this keyword have sufficient relevant search volume for it to make a difference for your site in the first place?
  • Where in the title does the keyword occur?
  • What other words are in the title?
  • What other on-page SEO is in place?
  • What kind of traffic does the web page get from the designated keyword now?
  • What changes would be necessary before you would consider the improvement to be "significant"?

Too general and I can't figure out what specifically SEO benefit was referring for, Is it for reaching targeted audience? or optimizing for rankings? or both.

Torka has the point here. In other words, adding keywords to the title is one of many factors that influences your sites performance on SERP's.
