Default Tips For The Fall Trade Show Season

Time to gear up for the fall trade show season. Here's a list of tips you should keep in mind:

1. Plan Ahead! Pull out your booth from storage ASAP and inspect it for damages, make repairs, and consider ordering new parts if needed.

2. Order your new graphics NOW. If it's time for you to re-skin your booth, don't wait. This is the busiest time of year for large format print houses, so make both your lives easier and purchase ahead of time.

3. Test your booth before you go to the show. Set it up and take photographs. Attach new graphics and make sure everything appears as it should. A dress rehearsal is always worth the time and energy - use the opportunity to catch errors before your show instead of at it.

4. Keep an organized calendar. If you're attending more than one show this fall, be sure you're keeping track of shipping dates, show dates, and exit dates. There are tons of deadlines for every show, so read through each exhibitor's info kit carefully, and note every important date that pertains to you.

5. Have fun with your events! Be approachable and friendly. Be optimistic. Get enough sleep, and enjoy yourself.

Happy marketing!

Great tips, especially #2. You don't want to wait until last minute, so now would be the time to do it. #5 is also an important tip - I don't know how many times I have witnessed booth staff who clearly didn't want to be there, wouldn't make eye contact with anyone, and were too busy on their phones or talking amongst each other to pay attention to potential new customers.

Hi there,

Here are some tips you can go through it. Keep the Design Simple

For maximum impact of your product and message, keep your trade show display simple. Booths with flashy gimmicks might be remembered for their flashiness, but often customers don't remember the company, product, or service.

Focus on communicating your message, preparing the booth's staff, and creating an updated trade show display design that resonates with your targeted customers.

Another reason to keep your booth elements simple: you can alter them easily for a different look in future shows.

An effective combination of exhibit, presentation, and literature can be created to achieve the maximum impact for each dollar you spend.

Creating a booth from used displays or last year's recycled exhibits can be effective if you make an effort to do some updating for each show.

Look through industry literature related to your business to see the current trends in marketing, colors, and presentation of information. Take some inspiration from trade show exhibit websites and trade show display designers to freshen and update your booth for this year.

Kind Regards,
Jason Kevin.
