Lol... I know I said brutal so I deserved that. However I would really appreciate your time to know why you feel it's that bad... I suppose constructive criticism.

I'm fully aware that you saying start over you might not want to waste your time, however the major flaw from your point of view would really help me out.

Hi Dan, you are right that I wouldn't have been so blunt without your previous comments.

I started to list out things that struck me, and then decided to be brutal with you. For me it comes down to "you are not considering your audience" with your website.

There are too many things to list, so I said start over, but look at your website from your audience's perspective. Lets take a couple things -

1) How does it serve your audience that you provide the date/time at the top of every page? Would it be more helpful to them if you provided your "telephone number" at the top of every page instead?

2) The background with clouds has to go. It distracts me from learning about your business which is why I am there.

3) The flying blimp ... more distraction from your message/communication

4) SEO? The site was not created with search engines in mind

5) At bottom of every page - "Live help is offline ....". um. ok.

6) Text on transparent background with clouds floating behind it makes it hard to read.

7) Who are the "people" behind this business? Are they real, pictures, stories, personalities, etc?

8) Sitewide navigation. Read about "website usability". People expect certain things when they visit a site.

Let's look at this page I was curious about and took the time to visit.

Hi,

Well As you said you are mobile service provider,but your website doesn't reveal your business message.There few things on website that doesn't serve your audience like

1. Background Cloud picture

2. How date serve your audience.Is it not compulsory to put on website

3. Your website doesn't offer better UX

I think Logan gave you some great feedback. And I don't know if it's an option but if it's a serious business, you will have to bite the bullet and redo it at some point as he suggested.

I don't really have anything more than what's been noted already except to say that the site doesn't seem to be responsive...well sort of but not really.

But the main thing for me was the fact that I had to look to see what it is that you're selling.

In regards to starting over is hard to hear, but sometimes we need to hear it?

Have you considered getting a CMS like WordPress and building around that?They can go up pretty fast and the UX will be much easier then what you have now...Check this out as a possible launching point? Creative Concept

I wish the front page had less information on it. It is kind of overkill with all the boxes. What if you turned the front page into something that simply states your unique selling point, and then had your offers in a menu? I would also advise you to think about how much (or how little) knowledge your ideal customer has, and do the copy writing based on that.
