Hi AliceDavidson6

They both have their advantages and disadvantages but I prefer online just because of the share volume you can reach in a far more cost effective way, especially if you focus on content marketing to reach your audience:
  • email marketing is bar far the best cost effective way to reach your audience
  • minimal overheads to consider

If you are running an online store you must strongly consider search engine optimization, if you haven't you are missing out big time, search engine traffic is the holy grail of website visitor to customer conversion rates.

I don't know how experienced you are with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Here is a link I think newbies can follow many of the services are free but to get the best out of the service you will want to avail yourself of the full package and their expertise:

www.SubmitExpress.com

Please note I am not affiliated to them.

Hope that helps a little at least.

You need to show videos or online discussions for your products,so your products will be known to people.

I am sure that you should give priority to online marketing and try to find your potential buyers. But offline ads can be a good source of customers too, if you start it right.

Hi,

Both ways have it's own advantages as well as dis-advantages. It all depends on how well you utilize the resources as satisfy the customer.

I think the best decision you can make is mixing online and offline marketing.
A lot of companies practice that.

Let me explain. So you have your online toy store where people can choose toys they want and then make an order.
Aditionally, you have so called showroom, where customers can see the toy they order in life, touch it, I don't know, maybe even smell it.
That way, you kill two birds with one stone.

I agree with the above. Your product are ones I would want to touch before buying. except the crayons, I just want to play with them

I'm just an average Joe with 2 kids. I know nothing about retail. That being said. You have good page authority and domain authority so using seo for niche marketing would not take a whole lot to get going

You have done/had done a lot of work on your website link profile. From what I have read ( I am new to this computer stuff) you may want to diversify your link profile a little. Out of your 981 backlinks, all are do-follow. You should consider getting some no follow links. Google may be penalizing you on your seo because it looks unnatural.

I didn't see a Google + button or a facebook like button on your page. Do you have to log in to see them?

I visited your facebook using your link. I "liked" the photos on the facebook page. They looked more enticing and crisper/cleaner.

my 2 cents from the other side of the pond

Default Simple suggestion

I think Both are better.

Online marketing like SEO, SMO, TV, radio help to stay people connected with your business and you.And second one offline marketing like Colorplan Business Cards help to make good relationship with your old client and new clients .
