Search Engine Guide Blogger

Your website is still very new. It can take months, even years, for a website to show up in the search results. Search engine optimization is not a quick process.

If you want instant results, you will have to try something like paid advertising, such as Google AdWords or Bing ads.

When your pages will start showing up in search (if they ever will) depends on the level of competition for the keywords you're choosing. The more other pages are competing to display for those keywords, the longer it could take, and the more work that would be required for your page to show up. For some of the most competitive terms, quite honestly, it is virtually impossible for a newcomer to attain first-page, or even 10th page, rankings. The competition is simply too fierce, too well-entrenched and too well funded.

It also depends on what specifically you have done to optimize your pages. Without high quality content and natural, editorial links pointing to your pages, you may never find your pages showing up in search. Many of the tactics that have been touted in years past as "SEO" will no longer work as well (and in many cases will no longer work at all).

It's a good start that Google has crawled and indexed your pages. Now the real work begins.

Yes, give your website some time and space to breath. If its developed with good site architecture and content delivery in mind. Its going to find its way to the top with time, provided the content is updated whenever applicable.

Yes, Give some time to Search engine and make quality work for your website, Post unique articles, videos and high quality backlinks for your website and make sure you didn't spam your website.

Also focus on Social Media Promotion like facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn etc are the best way to promote your website.

Hope this will help you

If your site isn't appearing in Google search results, or it's performing more poorly than it once did, check out these steps to identify and fix potential causes of the problem.

1.Check your site is in the Google index
2.See if your site has been impacted by a manual spam action
3.Make sure Google can find and crawl your site
4.Make sure that Google can index your site
5.Make sure your content is useful and relevant

These suggestion comes straight from google themselves.
