Default The Most Powerful Person In The World Economy

The Most Powerful Person In The World Economy

He is unrelenting in his demand for lower prices, higher quality and better service. He routinely bankrupts both small and large businesses by eliminating demand for what they sell. He has minimal tolerance for excuses, misexecution or bad products. He demands constant innovation, invention and improvement day after day, year after year. He is never satisfied. He does not care by whom or where in the world a product is made - just that it offers the most value.

One day he becomes optimistic and spends freely. The next he gets scared and closes up his wallet for a time. Labor costs too high with your company’s prices too high - he switches to a competitor. Late with deliveries one too many times - you’re done. Do a horrible job - he tells the whole world - for free. Complain about unfair foreign competition - he doesn’t care and tells you with decreased demand for your product. Complaining about Conservatives or Socialists - he could give a whit. 99.5% of the time he doesn’t have to buy your product and can wait longer than you can stay solvent. Raise your prices a bit too much and he goes to a competitor or a substitute or a completely revolutionary innovation that makes your product obsolete. Want a monopoly - he will endlessly incentivize entrepreneurs to destroy you.

Have to destroy a competitor by undercutting on price - he loves it. Have a business with your entire life savings invested - he could care less. Beg him for your companies business - he won’t listen.
How long has he been like this? Forever. How long will he be like this? Forever. Will he ever be satisfied? Never. Give him what he wants and you’re set.

He has the ultimate power in making or breaking businesses anywhere in the world. He is independent and free to choose. He votes everyday for or against your products. His actions speak volumes louder than anything you can say. He is Mr. Consumer and he rules the world economy.

10 minutes could save your business thousands of dollars.
