Should I Return My Phone System?

I just went out and purchased a Panasonic 8 phone PBX for my small business but was contacted by a company [redacted] . They do something where I pay a low fee every month and I get all my phones included and get some really nice features that this Panasonic system doesn't have. They say I would be getting a high end Mitel system plus they say I can port my numbers to them and cancel my phone lines. (This would really help me out monthly) Their charge is a little less than my individual phone line cost plus I would get my money back for this phone system. Should I return it? I only have a week to decide.

Sorry about removing the name of the company. I hope you understand -- we get a lot of people coming through here who try to "sneak in" a bit of promotion for themselves or their clients. I'm not saying that was the case in this situation, but to avoid the appearance of promoting any one company over others that might provide the same sort of service, I thought it was better to keep the discussion more generic.

That said, given the facts as you laid them out here, what is the dilemma? Assuming you've done your due diligence, followed up with references and feel the second company is reputable, it sounds like a good deal. What specific concerns do you have that are causing you to hesitate?
