Need a tagline for website...

I am desperately seeking a concise, descriptive and benefit-laiden tagline for my golf training site. I've been fortunate enough to be at the top of the search engines (my fingers are crossed) for many years and would really like to continue to beat out my new 'copycat' competitors.

My site is golf-trainer.com and is currently going through split-testing and the homepage is hideous. My conversion guy will love that We are going to relaunch with a new business model.

Instead of just offering my subscription for online golf fitness training, I'm going to offer all my products (including dvds, books and equipment, and soon to be added mini-ebooks).

It will be the biggest golf training (improvement) site on the net, so I really want to show that in the tagline without boasting that is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really appreciate your time and help. I was told by several marketers to not use the word fitness as it depicts "work". Man...taglines are tough

Hi Golf-Trainer,

You stated that the tag line needed to be concise and benefit-laiden.

I would start by listing a list of the major and minor benefits of what your new website will be. The tag line should stem from one of the major benefits.

Then, the tag line should be written in a voice (perhaps conversational) that resonates with golfers. Hence, you might have to use some jargon (cleverly).

Lastly, if at all possible, I would then try to make the tag line "Active", and by this I mean keep it in the present tense, use verbs strongly, perhaps even with a call to action.

Examples of this style are: "you can do it. we can help." "Get your smile on."
and "just do it".

See how these are active, tell you what to do, yet are all benefit-driven?

In any case, the above is part of the method I employ for creating tag lines. You should be able to come up with about 20 over the course of 2 hours...

Then back it up with a testimonial from an authority (i.e. Arnold Palmer, Tiger Woods, Golf Magazine, etc.)

<i realize it doesn't meet your 'boasting' requirement, but i'm not sure what you are getting at there. If you are #1 say so>

I do not like to go the "boasting" route. With my URL being golf-trainer.com, I've covered the "golf trainer" phrase, now need to hit with a benefit and what we do.

You could go the Viagra route () and say Hit Long and Strong or something similar...

Or Core Golf Improvement or something similar since Core is often used in reference to fitness these days.
