I would be amazed if it did you any harm; equally I would be amazed if it did you any good (from an SEO point of view).
At worst I can it being flagged as a 'sitewide' link and your links from the site being devalued (if they have any to start with) for a period of time.
At best, assuming any links have value in the first place, it has been well explained in many places that there is a law of diminishing returns on link value from one domain/website/IP (take your pick), so (as an example) 1st link on website (assuming all pages have same worth) would be worth more than the 100th link on that website.
You will be unlikely to get anyone to definitively say it won't harm you because:
1/ we don't know when Google will change something in the algo that did hurt you
2/ you CAN guarantee that the minute I said it wouldn't your rankings would drop and this would get blamed whether it was to blame or not.
