Only had time for a quick look at the moment (so just home page). In general seems fine, but
For me (and could be a personal thing)
The least 'stand out' thing on the page is your call-to-action.
The "short pick up and deliveries" REALLY stands out, and the slides draw the eye.
By comparison the text under the "Short ..." and the call to action don't stand out enough - this is the single most important bit you want people to see.
I'm also a big believer in having your phone number (pref: a landline, but go with what you have) in the top right and highly visible.
For your type of service I want a 'quick idea' of the cost before I fill out a long form - and will much more often go with someone I've 'spoken to' first time. If I have to wait for a reply to a form fill I'm more likely to go for other quotes.
