Depends on how your Flash site is set up, and what you've done to SEO the site itself. It's possible the blog could get indexed, and the Flash site not, for instance.

It is possible to SEO Flash. The article I linked to there explains how.

Once you have the on-page issues taken care of as outlined in the article, you need good links pointing to your pages.

The basic principles of getting a Flash site spidered and "sticking" in the index are the same as for any other site. You need content the SE spiders can read, and you need links (from high-quality sites that have some "link juice" to pass along in the first place) pointing to your pages.

Good post torka -- as usual, loads of good information.

Another small point (small but not negligible) is that there are still folks who don't have the machine power to handle Flash well. I'm sure you're all getting tired of me preaching about the 'target audience' but it is important to keep in mind that your website should be tailored to the majority of users (and their equipment) that you expect to visit your site. Aesthetically and functionally.
