You can have the form use the client's email program (not really a good idea). There are some free form processors as well.

You host must have some kind of server side scripting, php, perl asp? In this day in age that's very rare.

There are Javascript based email forms. However, most of them leave your email address visible to Spam Spiders. If you don't mind having your email address fairly visible in the source code, it can be done without server side scripting.

Just use this as a <mailto> address. It scrambles your address so it can't be harvested, but works every time. Use it anywhere you need to post your address -

BOLD is what you enter

<script language="javascript">

<!-- Hide from old browsers-->

function scramble(){
var p1,p2,p3,p4,p5,p6
p1='<a href="mai'
p2='youremail'
p3='">'
p1+='lto:'
p2+='@'
p5='</a>'
p6='Your visible text'
p2+='yourdomain.com'
p4=p6

document.write(p1+p2+p3+p4+p5)
}

scramble()

//-->
</script>

Shows as any other text link on a monitor. You can drop it in a sentence or stand alone.

Thank you for your suggestions! I found a site that offers remotely hosted contact forms, . Basically, I paste the html code in my website, and it calls the php script on their server who sends the email.

Just a heads up, most of these free services are free because they use/sell your email address or the email addresses that contact you. I would be careful and maybe Google the name to see if anyone has had issues.
