Default Trouble with my site on Yahoo Small Business , lack of support

Hello, looking for advice on a problem with my Yahoo Small Business hosted domain, coolpostcards.com

I signe up with them about two years ago, and have been happy. Suddenly last week the site just went down, and they have offered no support. I emailed their support the first day , and they responded saying that form their point of view, the site was up, they had no problem accessing it.

So i asked several friends across the country to look at the page, and they all reported back that it was, in fact, down.

I have emailed Yahoo support each day since that time, but they have not answered me, at all.

So I guess obviously I need to find another host for my domain. Suggestions?

Anyone have a phone number or contact at Yahoo?

Anyone with the same problem?

It's down from my end, both with and without the www.

I used to have a phone number for them, but I can't find it. They are notoriously bad for publishing phone contact info. Try the BBB website maybe? I think they have to have one there...

I used yahoo when I first started out...and then quickly moved! I was never satisfied with their hosting service. Try GoDaddy or 1and1...I've had good experiences with both of those companies.

Thanks for your replies. I did set up an account with GoDaddy as a temporary workaround so I could host my ebay images. They had too many options, many of which I did not understand. I got something set up, but I have no clue if I picked the best option or not. I think they might be better for an advanced user, someone who understands the tech jargon more clearly than I .

I did google around and found a number for tech support for Yahoo Small Business web hosting. 1 866 800 8092. I called them, and they are seeing the site from their end. But no one else seems to be able to see it. The lady on the phone said she would "escalate the issue", which I think means they cant figure it out either.

Anyway I thank you for the help.

Default I'm glad you're back on!

We have been having our first troubles with Yahoo also. We didn't change anything...but all of a sudden our home link is an unreadable "line" when it was a "button"....and we are getting a "java script" message on every recipe page when there wasn't one in the past. Does anyone know what's happening?
