Are we talking about the engaging question requirement?
Maybe the problem with the new requirement was never acknowledged or even seen by the member posting.
They read the rules, and post articles for years,
The rules got changed,
nothing to make them re-read the rules prior to continued posting
I had this problem with procedures being revised and actual practices not reflecting them...it's the supervisor's fault. How important was it compared to his other duties? It would cost an increase in moderation.
I still see engagement from the members on articles without it. It's there, it can't hurt...can it?
