Default Use the US Commercial Service

The best source of help in exporting is the US Commercial Service - part of the US Dept of Commerce. They have experienced exporters on staff to counsel small companies. You can find the local office on BuyUSA.gov

Only trouble is, this new Congress wants to cut the service, maybe the entire US export assistance program because its "corporate welfare". I called my Congressman and reminded him that export promotion programs pay for themselves through increased exports and tax revenue.
