Default Transfer Your Web Hosting the Right Way

Here is an article on what to do when switching hosting companies.

"If you have had it with your current hosting provider, and you're ready to transfer hosting companies - Cheap Hosting Directory (http://www.cheaphostingdirectory.com) recommends a few things to think about to make the transition a smooth one. They also asked the opinion of a major player in web hosting about the subject."

Have you had any troubles when switching hosting companies?

Cool word of caution...

When you do decide to transfer to a new hosting company. Remember an old school rule, you pay for that you get.

I have been dealing with hosting companys for many years now and I have seen some of the worst of them. Stay away from the cheap hosting companys that are overseas. I have seen many major problems from offline to often, crashes, server problems etc!

I only deal with one company now and they are within the states and make sure you can contact them by phone. The one I deal with even has online chat. Which is nice. You can keep working at your desk while you are waiting for the chat sesson to start.
