I am sure 80% of people who operate own
business was worked some one else in past
directly or indirectly. Once they have got experience
certain level to operate own business, they start
own and succeed.

Experience is very important, no matter where and
how you can get it.

Thanks

Kerry is absolutely right! Build an informational website. That's what I do. It has a very small start up cost and you can do very well with google adsense and infolinks. You can sell advertising space on your site to local business and even make arrangments with local hotels, car rental places and other businesses to get referral fees. If you decide to do this, make sure you provide lots of information...after all, that's what people are looking for. The longer you keep someone on your website, the more likely they are to click on an ad or buy something.

How is the restaurant business in your city? Is there any market for food delivery (pizza, subs, local fare, etc?). Any interest in that area. It is a very competitive area here in the US but not sure what it is like in your area.

First find a market (find a problem that needs solving), then create a business that solves this problem. If you do that you will increase your chances of success.

Spence is absolutely correct. The who will buy from you is more important than what you will sell. Without a need to fill, you won't find many people to purchase from you.
