Default Recently Added Customer Testimonials

Hi everyone! I recently added some customer testimonials to my product pages. I've known for a while that customer testimonials can improve conversion rates, but my website is somewhat limited in what I can and can not edit. But I'd love to get some input on what everyone thinks: http://precisionenvelope.com/product...-Envelope-24lb

Any helpful changes or improvements would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Good move. I would agree with you that truly customer reviews can increase conversion rate. Here is the tip include the negative customer reviews of your customers as well. Like if you have 3-4 positive reviews coming from customer let one be the negative. It help you in way that customer will trust these reviews as real not self made.

Looks great - I like how the subhead is red and appears above the fold - catches your attention... and the rotating quotes are short and to the point.

Since your envelope products are somewhat of a commodity product, I actually think its good you are focusing on service testimonials that apply across every product. They can evaluate the actual product quality with the specifications listed. I would think that service is one of the most important factors when ordering from your site.

Looks good, have you seen an improvement in the overall conversion of your website?

Anyway, one suggestion on how you can improve will be to insert photos of the individuals giving the reviews or testimonials. It will increase the credibility of the claims as discovered in a recent research.

Another suggestion will be to prompt your customers to provide some kick-*** testimonials instead of a one liner. One that tells a story or one that compares your business to another will definitely be more persuasive than one-liners.

Customer testimonials help in giving credibility to your business. This is a very good move. But it would be better if these testimonials have provided proofs.

Thanks. I just added the testimonials, so can't say for sure yet about the conversion rate. I'll let you know if I see any effects.
I agree about having the longer testimonials. I think the short one liners make sense for the product pages, but we should probably have long story-type testimonials for the testimonial page itself. Great suggestion!

Thanks! We tried to add as much credibility as we could to the quotes (which is why we have a business name). What else would you suggest?

Thumbs up

Definitely.Reviews need not be positive too.Looks too artificial (read fake).Contact some industry 'heavyweights' you've dealt with. Not that big,or even better, how about a quid pro quo with a business you've transacted with?
The site looks appealing btw, good work there!
