For engaging visitors you must have an attractive landing page and your form should be short and relevant so that when user visits your page he or she should not confused or find any difficulty while filling the form.

For getting maximum users and that users turning into buyer at store than you advertise your site in many ways like E-mail marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, etc...

Create sell or Discount offer at your site. From that your visitor convert into buyer at your store. This tricks are used by now.

As stated above giving away free stuff is great. Provide them an ebook for free that they can benefit from.

This is exactly correct. Here's the bottom line. If you do NOT capture their email address then you have ONE chance to engage with them. This is the time they are on your website. If you DO capture their email address you can engage with them over and over again. So, the question I would ask you, is what is your customers biggest problem? What is their PAIN that your service or product solves? Then create a mini product answer that solution. If you write a report with the answer, record a video- doesn't matter that much. Give this away for free in exchange for their email address. Then it's up to you how you want to engage them after you have that information. But remember, when they first opt in to your list is when they are MOST in the buying mood. So don't wait too long to follow up with them.

PS- I recommend Aweber to set this all up and deliver emails. It has some great advanced features and it's easy to use at any tech level. Hope this helps!

Social proof is one of the best ways to convince your site's visitors to take action.

See if you can't partner up with an industry thought leader. Reach out to a leading publication, site, or individual and see what you can do to team up for some kind of promotion.

Remember, whatever you do should be mutually beneficial. One of the best ways to build connections with influential people in your industry is to come up with ways that you can help them, in addition to the other way around.
