Even if you are not a seasonal business, in doing business in general, you are bound to experience an off duration. The dilemma here is finding out a way wherein you can keep your business back on track.

Another way we deal with the off season is to focus on marketing/networking, do employee development training, and work on improving the efficiency of our operations and administrative staff. during those times. That way, we don't have to worry about these things during the peak season.
