It may be because of duplicate/spammy contents or may be due to termination of Google AdSense rules.

Now a days Google is very strict for publishers from 3rd world country. I applied more than 6 times and only after a long period they approved my request. They are very strict about quality and you should make sure the entire posts in your blog are original works (not even idea is a copy).

May be a domain name helps but that is not necessary. Its all about content since your blog is more than 6 months old.

Promotional content on your site may be a reason why your ad is rejected. Even I came to know something new from the above replies.

Google has cracked down on who can have adsense accounts because they are pushing businesses to want to advertise through them. If the ads are going to marketing sites with low value then it devalues the ad space. Work on improving the quality of your site and then you might qualify.

I had seen your blog it is good but your articles are not perfect at all. You should have to write some informative articles, and than apply to adsense to register you because google now just wants quality not quantity so keep away yourself from making quantity without quality.
