I often interview applicants that apply sales position at my office. Here are the traits that I usually pay attention to:
1. Body language
2. Communication style
Most of those things are interpersonal skills, and I don't even really care about his/ her past experiences as long as they have those 5 quality traits. In B2B sales, interpersonal skills really matter as you will likely deal with high-profile people and C level employees.
