I have seen many blogs like Moz for guest posting but those are very high ranking so very hard to publish articles.
I need a blog list where can I exchange or post my articles with do-follow links.
I really appreciate if you share a procedure to find a good blog list.

I think using advanced searches in google to target what you are looking for is the easiest way to create a list. Do you have a topic or type of blog that you are trying to target to exchange/guest blog posts? Let us know and we can help you try to come up with some good ideas!

Instead of wasting your time on gigantic sites like Moz, visit medium, hubpages etc like platforms. Why are you after do follow links only even no follow links from high authority sites do increase your presence in search results dude
