Default Using Technology to "Tickle" Your Customers

This is a great article from Eileen Parzek about how to keep getting business from your existing customers using different methods.

"Let's take a look at some ways that you can harness computer technology to 'tickle' your past customers, and maintain your place when they need you again or have a referral to send your way."

Default Plaxo "Tickle" features

I agree. This is a terrific article with great suggestions for keeping in touch.
I only wanted to add that since people already use and trust Plaxo to manage their address book information, Plaxo includes others features to foster those relationships. Using Plaxo, members can easily build and manage their Holiday list to send physical or e-cards, be automatically notified when a key customer's birthday is coming up, and allow the member to send e-cards, flowers, or other other gifts on those special occasions. All this can be done directly within Plaxo, without having to manage a separate list of contact in something.
