I believe that one of the 12 qualities of wildly successful salespeople is "a burning desire to make sales." I also believe that another of the twelve is "helpfulness." To be a high performer, you need both of those qualities. "Focus and intention on selling" isn't bad, it's fantastic
! But "helpfulness" is equally as fantastic!" Where salespeople get in trouble is when they have the "burning desire" but not the "helpfulness."
