Construction, I am a contractor that does residential remodels. The research I've found on operational plans mainly focuses on business that involve the sale of merchandise. Construction is a service which is totally different, I can include things such as quality control, how to implement proposals. I'm trying to think of ways to put it in a format that I can use, and what other things I can add.
I don't remember starting the thread in this section. Can someone move it to the General Small Business Issues?
