• Decide on a particular time span
• You should be sure of the reason for calling.
• Leave short voice messages.
• Assume voice messages will never be returned.
• Be competent, be confident.
• Set the proper time for calling.
• Make necessary call only.
• Respect the gate-keeper in the same way as prospects.
• Make it your target to reach the potential leads again.
• Analyse the selling benefits deeply.
• Be professional.
• Make the time perfect, don’t wait for the perfect time.
