I'll choose Youtube and Twitter, the growth on video advertising is rapidly increasing.

I liked C's advice:
"Twitter is where you meet people and Facebook is where you become friends with them."
The only trouble is that I find FB so hard to use.
So many unwritten rules.
When I joined them I FB sent a column full of people that I might like to add as friends.
I clicked about six. FB suspended me because too many said that they didn't know me. I got into trouble over something else.
Now I'm scared to do anything in case it offends them and it's third time out for good.
Do other people have trouble with FB?
Any advice?
Anyhow thanks for the help given
I'd say to let it happen naturally. The hardest part about social media is waiting and letting things unfold. Keep getting your name and self out there and people will start flocking to you. Be patient. It'll be worth it in the end.

Well put! I'd also say from a professional standpoint that my Linkdin profile is essential.

I believe it depends on what type of business you're considering. Twitter would be the most useful. If you're interested in the business community then Linkedin would be what you want. Myspace is great if you're in to music, so on and so forth.

I'd say that along with twitter, stumbleupon is pretty up there in terms of success with social media. Linkedin can be very rewarding for your business as well, you can find new clients, make important contacts, and expand your business to produce many valuable opportunities.

Twitter and StumbleUpon. StumbleUpon can actually provide lots of traffic if used correctly.

Social media is playing very important role in SEO field. Face book is playing a vital role in SEO. After face book, twitter is best in social network and social media.

Two sites that I prefer along with Facebook are Twitter and LinkedIn. Tiwtter is great for customer service and providing incentives for people. LinkedIn is also a great resource to have to enhance your business connections.

I have a question actually.

Every hour that I log into Twitter and Facebook, I see 30+ new posts (for FB) and hundreds (for Twitter).

I'm guessing my followers / fans would probably have the same.

Do people really read your posts... unless you are a prominent brand, of course.
