Try TurboCASH 5. It is one of the most used accounting software for small business. It is easier too.

We have a lot of customers using Sage instant and line 50. Our accounts picked it up very quick even though she had never used it before.

Have you asked your accountant what they would recommend?

I've used QB and MYOB each for about three years but got peeved off (a polite way of saying it) with both over time as being to complicated - unless you're running a multi national company ( and have an accountant on board) so have recently gone for a program called Cashbook Complete.

Loving it!

Has options to have any level of capabilities, starting with a free Cashbook/GST (or VAT) version and working up.

Postbooks are great and so are online account management software such as Ariestco Account Manager. I own a garment shop and this solution has been incredible helpful for me. Also with time if you need to add some modules or need to modify some working they are happy to help. It worked for me, hope it works for you too.

Hello!

Xero could be good. And you can integrate it with time tracking tool and have everything organized.

Default Online accountancy software

Online accountancy software is generally easy to learn and use in day-to-day business operations. Once it is set up, you can keep your accounts up to date with a few regular data entries – information from bank statements and invoices can be automatically uploaded and processed into the correct categories. This means that you and your employees don’t have to worry about advanced accounting details – you can do what you need efficiently with a few clicks.

I think you should try Zoho.
It is quite easy to use. Has a very good user interface. And is cheaper as compared to other accounting softwares available in the market.

Default Accounting Software

We use Apptivo. It's easy to use, cost effective software. Try to connect them.
