I recently started working from home, running my small business and am still trying to work out a schedule. It is much more difficult than I anticipated it would be. I love working at home, but feel I could be more productive with a set schedule. I'm slowly working it out.

I agreed with everything in the article and already do several of the suggested items. My biggest distraction is the phone. I try to just ignore it but have to stop and see who it is, in case it's my husband or son. The thing is that my studio is in the garage, so stopping is sort of a time stealer, that's the thing I still need to work out.

It's so true about your friends! They just don't get it until you tell them!
