Restaurant business is a competitive one. See that quality and tasty menu is provided, which is a must. Other that that, providing discounts and special offers will definitely attract more customers. You can also give coupons for regular customers to keep them coming...

Hi James,

Making business name known is vital part of attracting new customers.By creating online presence, you can reach millions of possible customers around the world. There are few ways that you can use to market your restaurant.

1. Optimize your website for target audience with proper meta tags and description making it easy to find through search engines and to connect with your customers.
2. After proper website optimization,Make your presence on social networking websites such as Facebook,Twitter etc.Make company page containing information and announcements.
3. Communicate your customer through Blog.Convey your message through blog.
4. Connect with customer through email newsletter.Collect your customer email and send them 2-3 email to sign up for email notices, newsletters and ads in months so that they didn't loose interest.

If you get any issues, then let me know.I will help you!

Thanks

Is the food good? Do you have regulars who eat there? Repeat business?

For the most part, I never give restaurants a second chance so if your food isn't bringing people back, you're going to run out of people no matter how well you manage to attract them.

All said, and it goes vice versa also, if you have good food and competabile prices people will come back again and again. Preoblem is only to attract them for the first time, if you are new in this bussiness. I did not see mentioning if you are newly open restaurant or not, any way if you are, try with flyer and distribute them localy. Next step would be webpage, but that takes some time to get good rankings without to pay adds. If you will maintain the quality of food everything else will go by it self, just takes some time. Wish you all best

I'd look into a couple of quick things:

- Get yourself all set up with local search marketing. Google Local and services like CitySearch. You might want to hire a marketing professional to work with you on this. PPC and locally-targeted SEO will likely help you out in a big way, too.

- Run some really enticing promotions, and then get them advertised locally. Targeted social media ads can be a huge help in this arena.

- One of the nice things about digital marketing is that it's relatively easy to learn. If you've got the time and dedication, you can definitely find all sorts of blogs, ebooks, and resources on the internet that will help you learn exactly how to market your restaurant in a very effective way.

Good luck!
