You can also try UPrinting.com for your business cards and other printing requirements.

I have to say vistaprint isn't my idea of a good online printer, I would be more than happy to recommend uprinting.com though. I use them for most of my printing needs, unless I absolutely must use a local printer for the job.

I agree that vistaprint is lacking, I get all my cards from surfprint.co.uk the posting and packaging is free that is where vista print catch you out as it is quite dear to get your cards delivered.

I've spoken to some people who've tried UPrinting.com's services (though not myself personally) and they seemed very happy about it.

uprinting does good work. They have pages for design inspirations as well making it easy to think of a good business card layout like this one, http://www.uprinting.com/professiona...ess-cards.html

I won't recommended Vista either. Their strategy is often to offer a small number of free cards to establish a relationship, but the quality of my cards is low enough that I'm reluctant to give them out. I'll reprint with another company when I get around to it.

If I just have seen this thread before, I can also suggest..

At first, a small piece of paper might not have a lot of power but when you’ve passed it out at trade shows, business conferences, sales calls, and more, that’s when your message gets louder and louder. No longer do you need to depend on cold calling. A business card will speak for you – and it will serve as a constant reminder of what you have to offer and how to get a hold of you and your business.

Yeah Vistaprint is pretty good. For marketing on the card itself, on the back of the card, put testimonials about your services on there. That way you gain credibility and it will help to show people that you're someone who they should be doing business with.

Hi, the answer would really depend on what type of business card you need to print. If it something spectacular and needs to grab serious attention, but you don't need large quantity or don't mind spending/investing then try moo.com. If you need quantity and have print ready design, try clubflyers.com. PrintRunners.com and PrintPlace.com are also pretty decent and they have some design tools to boot.

Good luck!
