Yahoo Geocities, tripod and others seemed to have changed their strategies because of the popularity and widespread-ness of popup blockers
Between Internet Explorers hotfix Yahoo, Google toolbars etc...
it has had an effect. - But wait
- another strategy is taking their place!
such as inline ads that appear and move all over the page , then SOMETIMES disappear after a certain pre set time -
or the ONLOAD
inline FRAMES now used by Yahoo Geocities and TRIPOD are becoming more popular - until someone finds away to do away with them
