Lightbulb Limited Liability Facts

I would suggest all sole proprietors to look into this business form once profitability starts to increase within your business. The tax benefits are the best and the flexibility gives entrepreneurs choices about operations.

Great info there. My partner and I have been going back and forth on whether to form an LLC or do a General Partnership. For the relative low cost to form one and tax benefits, it seems like a no brainer to me.

I really enjoy your writing too. Very clear and succinct.

Kevin you should first incorporate your business, from my opinion dont fall into patnership corporation, it has more disadvantages than any good except less paid up capital, a proper LLC corporation has many benifits.
