Here are some suggestions as per my knowledge.

1. Track how much time you are spending on particlur tasks.
2. Do not waste your time in unnecessary meetings.
3. Seek help / Delegate tasks accordingly.
4. And the most important take 2-3 minute break if you feel lazy during the work.

Now that SMEs are given notice here in the Philippines, owners should utilize the priority given to them in terms of finance and others in order to grow in to a big corporation increasing the hope of our fellow citizens hope for employment opportunities.
