Default Tech Expectes - Where To Find Right Work

We are bunch of Tech nerds having 15+ years of experience. Capable of providing good solutions to many complicated problems. We like to take up some complicated tech projects from any company and could complete them with out a sweat.
Where do I find, who needs what? Not all companies can afford to employ people for all their issues. How do they find experts in a given field. Where do we advertise our self for that niche !

Also heard many big companies help small businesses by giving them fixed amount of business etc.. where to find such information for computer industry.. \

Thanks for any pointers..

Welcome, path!

Just a couple of suggestions:

If you don't already have one, of course you'll want a website to highlight the types of expertise you have, perhaps some completed projects (whether they're ones you've worked on as a group or projects that individual members of the group have participated in).

If you have a particular industry or industries in which you have expertise, you could then advertise your site on other sites that are targeted to your area of expertise. So, for instance, if you know a lot about writing applications for the banking industry, you would buy ads on websites that get a lot of traffic from bankers, such as the National Bankers Association.

You could also target geographically. If you target a regional market, join local area chambers of commerce (or equivalent group in your locale) and local business organizations and advertise your site on other sites that have a local audience.

You may also want to look at some of the freelance marketplace sites out there, such as Guru.com, elance.com and rentacoder.com. You can see the kinds of companies that are looking for work and the kinds of work they're looking for, maybe even bid on interesting sounding projects.

I know many businesses who find a tech guru through one of these sites initially, then go back to them time and time again with future projects.

Hope this helps!

I would locate recruiters who focus on project work in your area (technically and local). Only the ones that collect fees from the company needing you - not from you.
Google project employment sites like sologig.com.
Good luck!
