Just looked at the site. It is clear what the purpose of the site is. However, it looks very similar to a power point slide, not a website. The abc blocks may not be the right images to catch your potential customer. The length of the homepage makes it look like a scam. There should be a menu bar and the content below should be accessed on different pages through the menu bar. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions/tips... I like your suggestion about multiple pages.

I will work on that tomorrow.

I agree with Hostrail. Plus, I would lose the Godaddy logo, Top Site, and the Counter. Get a Google Analytics account to monitor the site or see if they have an invisible stats system.

The site has a single page with a link to another domain. Try adding some more content to your website.

Your site is nice and has a steady layout, but when you click the begin button and are provided pricing there is no value attached. You need to spell out what exactly your going to provide and the value attached to those items. Then let them know the price. If perceived value is much higher that the cost to the customer you will end up with a much higher conversion rate.

Hey Lonnie, I'm not going to sugar coat this because you appear to be a legitimate business person providing a real service...

Your service presumeably requires some sort of interaction with my credit/personal/confidential information. Therefore, in order for me to feel comfortable providing you access to that private information, your website (your propsect's first impression of your business) has to SCREAM credibility.

In it's current state, your website screams fly-by-night scam, and I wouldn't touch your service with a 10-foot poll.

I'm going to assume that you or someone close to you put this site together on a small budget. If you're really serious about this new venture, I would start looking into a redesign that utilizes a professionally designed template. Templates are much less expensive than custom design and can probably be implemented with your current content for $500 to $1000. I'm sure there are providers near you that could provide some help in this arena.

Again, if you're serious about this venture, I'd seriously look into it...

My two cents. Good luck...

Thank you for all the feedback so far... I GREATLY appreciate it.

Based upon some of what I've read above, I've made some updates to my website.

I'm more than willing to make further updates to make my site look credible (point well taken).

Please don't pull any punches. Lemme have it straight.

Thanks again!!

Between yesterday's posting and today's, I redid the site again.

New logo.
New color scheme.
No more "Go Daddy" logo, Topsites, Counters, nor Animated Mailboxes.

I welcome your feedback (positive, and especially negative).

Thanks in advance!

Hi Lonnie, good to see you around. Not to be harsh, but I agree with Brody and you are still missing the mark regarding site presentation when it comes to credibility. I think a picture is worth a thousand words. I took some time and went through Brody's company portfolio. Take some time and go through the various websites in his portfolio. Then compare yours. You need a design that is 'professional' imo.
