Default November Google Update!

So it was fairly seen by everyone that Google really updates everyone's PR last Nov 7 I think.

My website that has a Page Rank of 4 went down to 3 as Google update happens. I wonder if there's a new factor that Google wants in our task? Did you have any idea? Would it be possible to get back my PR4 asap?

Quality backlinks is the only way you can improve your PR. Google did not specify anything but Backlinks still remain a major reason for a drop in PR.

Most sites dropped (1) pagerank number with the update. Google changed the measurement scale is all. Backlinks drive pagerank, so to increase yours, add backlinks.

I had a mix of results.

One was odd becuse the homepage which was a zero but had been a 3 in the past went to 1 and an internal page went from zero to 2. Most others stayed the same but most noticed small changes on internal pages.

Seeme dlike a bit of fine tuning to me.

Yes i have also noticed many of my sites have gained PR but few of them have also lost their PR. One more thing that i have noticed is that google was very frequent on nov 7. My page got cached and displayed in google results within 10 minutes that was really amazing for me.

Yeah even google.com has dropped from a 10 to a 9. The reason why a lot have gone down is not that there's anything wrong with their sites but the top ones are further ahead, making it harder to get a high page rank.

Some says that it is mainly because the google update last nov 7 is about site speed. Google added the factor of websites loading time to their factor in increasing or decreasing websites Page Rank, like what the website of my friend has, http://www.mesrianilaw.com/. This website also losses some Page Rank last Nov 7. Mine losses 1 page rank.

I don't know about the speed of the site as they have told already about it before. i think it just depends on how you work with sites

I have noticed Facebook.com also dropped 10 to 9.If backlink is the main thing what google give more value for PR then i think facebook doesn't loose it's PR anyways.
