The best coffee I've ever tasted was the one where the beans are harvested from the scat of s civet. I only had one cup, but dear god it was amazing.
I used to enjoy some of the low-yield speciality blends at Starbucks locations that had a clover brewing machine, but I don't work near a Starbucks that has those machines anymore.
Nowadays, my standby blends is just a Starbucks Verona. It is pretty versatile, and pairs well with just about anything I have for breakfast. It is my Goldilocks blend: not too weak, not too strong, but just right. I've tried many specialty coffee blends over the years, and several types of preparation methods, but Verona in drip coffeemaker seems to be one that I just don't get tired of.
