Default DBA Issue

Hi guys,

Hoping you can give me some guidance.

Im 2011, I started a digital marketing agency (general partnership) in Massachusetts and registered a DBA in my county (along w/ everything else that is needed). I primarily worked from home (most work was done online through emails, calls etc but my clients were in MA).

Then I moved to New Hampshire in 2013, where I also filed a DBA in my new county so that I could conduct business (Again, working from home almost 100% of the time, but my clients are in MA and I do travel there occasionally)

Due to my clients being in Massachusetts, my accountant filed my taxes with the state of Massachusetts. This is fine and dandy except my DBA in my former MA-county is expiring next year. The question is -- am I allowed to renew my DBA in MA even though I don't reside there? I do conduct business there though.. just don't have a store front.

Thanks,
Heather
