Default Free CRM For Tracking Leads

I want to catch your attention and feedback on a CRM project I am working on...

My company recently posted a free version of our online CRM application, called Considered Sales CRM Free.

The application is based on a goal and progress oriented sales model and allows you to customize your own sales process. An account in the free version is limited in functionality, but is a good introduction to the considered sales process.

I'd like to get any feedback on the application. Let me know what you think. Perhaps this can spur some further discussion on the types of features you are looking for in a good online CRM application.

Welcome to the forum.

I've signed up for your free version and I'll post a review of my experiences when I get a chance to start working with it. I thought the application process for registering an account was easy enough and all went pretty smooth. I was a bit confused at first with the help images that I was provided upon login, but kindof just skipped past that and it seemed pretty self explanatory when I saw the setup and add new contacts to get going. That's where I left off for now, until I have some more time.

I've used a few paid CRM's such as GoldMine in the past, and after the quick peek on first impression yours looks pretty good with providing a limit of 50 contacts for free.

Is that for an ulimited amount of time as long as you stay below the 50 contact level? Also do you have any tips for others who might be using a CRM to track sales leads and increase conversions for the first time?

I'm glad to hear that the process of getting the free account was easy for you. To answer your question, the time is "Unlimited" for having the free account up to 50 contacts.

We do have many tips for people to increase conversions and sales. Our CRM helps people follow a "sales process" to ensure that certain criteria are met during the process of sellling someone. These tasks are organized and created by the sales person themselves. That way they can create and optimize their own sales process. A good start, especially for someone who wants to dramatically increase sales and conversions.

I've added a few new contact/leads. Overall its pretty simple and I was able to get started pretty easy. Your default process wasn't along what I do, so I changed a couple steps so it was along what I already do. I didn't have trouble setting up things initially and its pretty basic so self explanatory.

Couple suggestions, I would like to have a field that I could identify the source of the lead (i.e. Yellow Page, Website, etc) and the ability to hide certain fields if not of interest (i.e. spouse/children/etc).

So far so good.

Default Great Suggestion

Great Suggestion. I have reported that to our development team for us to work on. I'm glad to hear that the process was easy for you. What did you think about the "contacts" section? Do you like how we organized that section?
